PVTrans proudly reaffirms its leading position in oil and gas transportation industry by being honored in two major awards at Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA): the “Corporate Excellence Award” for the company and the “Master Entrepreneur Award” presented to PVTrans Chairman, Mr. Pham Viet Anh.

The theme of this year is “Celebrating Inclusive Entrepreneurship”, APEA honors businesses and entrepreneurs who champion equality in business opportunities and contribute to creating a diverse, sustainable economy, balancing with social, and environmental goals.
Admist the unstable global economy driven by geopolitical conflicts and the impacts of the Russia-Ukraine war, the maritime transportation has confronted with many challenges. However, PVTrans has demonstrated resilience by maintaining steady growth through an effective risk management strategy, strict quality control of services, and flexibility in adapting to market fluctuations
In the first 9 months of 2024, PVTrans has already delivered impressive results. The company’s revenue is recorded to reach VND 8,100 billion, surpassing its target by 25%. Profit before Tax are expected to hit VND 1,200 billion, an incredible 72% above plan, while contributions to the State budget will total VND 380 billion, exceeding expectations by 46%. Especially, from 2023 to Q3/2024, PVTrans has welcomed 17 new vessels, increasing its quantity of fleets by 30%, enhancing its transport capacity and significantly boosting its competitiveness. This expansion reflects PVTrans's long-term vision for scaling up and rejuvenating its fleet.
Mr. Pham Viet Anh, Chairman of PVTrans, has played a pivotal role in steering PVTrans through challenges in maritime industry. With over two decades of experience in the shipping industry, he has implemented sustainable strategies which help PVTrans not only remain strong growth but also expand the fleet’s scale and international presence. Under his leadership, the company is actively enhancing its management capabilities by adopting Best Practices in Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) standards, promoting transparency, and strengthening stakeholder trust in PVTrans’ stable and sustainable future.
